Q. Are the prices listed per person?

A. Yes all prices listed are per person.  Double = 2 people in a room, Single = 1 adult, Triple = 3 people in a room, Quad= 4 people in a room  Child = under 18 at certain hotels.

Q. These packages expire September 15, 2002 – does that mean I have to travel by then?

A. Yes the packages expire September 15^th and travel must be completed by then.

Q. Where are the seats in the theater?

A. The seats are best available at time of booking.  Unfortunately we do not know the actual seat numbers ahead of time. 

Q. Are these packages valid on weekends?

A. Yes the packages are available for both week days and weekends.

Q. Are there black out dates?

A. Some hotels have black out dates but right now there are no program-wide black out dates.

Q. Do I pick the hotel, restaurant, and show?  What if my choices are not available?

A. Yes you pick all of the elements, you are not assigned to them.  If none of your choices are available and you did not give us any alternatives we will contact you and give you the option of choosing other elements or canceling the reservation.

Q. Is transportation included?

A. No these packages do not include any transportation. 

Q. What currency is quoted?

A. All prices are in US funds.

Q. Are these packages available to Canadian and International clients?

Q. Can we just buy theater tickets or just the hotel stay?

A. No unfortunately we can only sell the packages as they are.
