I know you haven't a clue who I am but we have "talked" many times this way getting my trip organized. My friend Karen and I would like to tell you what a fantastic time we had in NYC and that you are one great trip organizer!!!! We had a ball - all our tickets were first class and all our restaurants were fabulous. We loved our hotel ...it was SO central to everything we did and it was next door to a fire station which was a BONUS especially for Karen who is a firefighter here. (Lots of photos taken there) We were treated like royalty and felt very special absolutely everywhere we went. We found the packet very organized and easy to use. Everything was done for us and the map was fab. We packed as much in as we could and are now planning another. Karen insists we use you again and I must concur. :) There aren't enough words to tell you how wonderful it was.

I've been meaning to send you a quick e-mail and thank you for your help in planning our vacation to New York City (June 27-29). To say the least, it was wonderful! I really appreciated the second row seating for Stomp...my niece and nephew had an absolutely wonderful time being so close to be able to interact with the cast. The Double Tree Guest Suites is a perfect location in Time Square and the staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoy the Rockefeller Walking Tour with the free tickets that were included in the package. It means a lot to me when I find a service that is trust worthy enough to recommend to others and to use in the future...NYCVP is on my list.

Our trip was superb. We had great seats for all shows and everything just fell into place. The girls had such a good time. Phyllis was a pain but a trooper. She is 82yrs old and could walk as much as the rest of us. She just didn't want to spend money after she got there.  We rode the bicycle pumped buggies and that was a blast. Rode the buggy around Central Park. Had first row seats for The Blue Man Group and they were so good. Messy but good. We had to wear ponchos during the show and oh heck! Phyllis got splattered good.

We voted "Mamma Mia" our best show.

What a wonderful time my sister and I had last weekend in New York!!!! The package we booked was perfect. No hassles, no problems - and lots of fun. The Warwick was fabulous. The transfers to and from the airport were great.

We were so centrally located that we found our way around the city very easily. Not bad for 2 gals that have never been to New York before. Wicked was the best performance I have seen in a long while.

I did fill out and drop into the mail yesterday the comments coupon that was included.

My only comment to improve on your packages is to add more restaurants to your evening dinner restaurants selections to choose from. The prix fixe meals were GREAT. We had very nice selections to choose from and no problems. Eating at Tavern on the Green was like eating in a fairy tale. So Beautiful!!

My sister and I have told so many people about your services including the 7 people that we rode the shuttle back to the airport with on Sunday. They all wrote down your web site. We can't wait to come back to the city and do it again. We will most certainly call and book it with you.

They were able to give us the two adjacent rooms at the end of the hall, so it was like a suite set-up, very convenient and the rooms were in the 19th floor. Well.................I just got back from NYC on Saturday, and I wanted to tell you what a FANTASTIC time we had. Every single detail came off like clockwork. The show tickets were outstanding (2nd row for Phantom--wow!), the hotel was perfect, and the tours awesome. The instructions for where to be and when couldn't have been better. I want to be sure to give the company a GLOWING recommendation, as well as the tour guides we had. They were all so informative and interesting, and so knowledgeable! I know you'd probably like for me to go to the website to leave feedback (right?), but I wanted to be sure and thank you personally for the vacation of my lifetime and my mom's too! You can't believe how much we were able to fit in in those 6 days! Besides everything we had planned, we also managed to fit in another show ("Wicked"--awesome!), David Letterman (Robin Williams was there!), and Good Morning America (the nicest bunch of people!). There's still lots we'd love to go back to see and do, but we filled every minute we had on this trip!

There have been times that they have found things for us that were nearly impossible to get. If all our vendors did as well as New York City Vacations it would make life much easier.

We got back from our New York trip yesterday. Everything was fabulous! You did a great job of organizing everything for us--far better than I could have done on my own. Thank you for all your help and patience. The Waldorf lived up to its reputation, the plays were wonderful, plane trip went smoothly both ways. We did have one minor snafu--my husband had a minor medical problem which kept us occupied for half a day, which meant that we ran out of time before we did everything we wanted to do. We were not able to go to the Statue of Liberty or Ellis Island, and we did not take the Rockefeller Center tour. Is there any way to get a refund on the unused tickets? We're back! We had a great time and want to thank you for all you did to make everything a happy memory for us. We want to tell you about everything we liked. I know you don't want to hear it all, but we figure it will help to share our experiences with others who might be planning a trip. Feedback as it were.

My family loved the vouchers...with everything prepaid, we felt like we here traveling as honored guests. The DoubleTree worked perfectly for the 3 of us and the staff was very accommodating... especially our maid Carmen (she even left us thank you notes for being so neat!), the doormen (always cheerful, professional and informative) and the attendants (ready to get us a cab, provide directions, help in any way). The concierge was helpful as well (made calls to set up our transfers). The room was comfortable, provided all of the amenities that we desired and was 22 floors away from most of the street noise (higher is definitely better). The hotel was perfectly situated to everything we wanted to do and we walked everywhere from there.

The Grayline bus tour provided a great way to observe the city and we explored much based on what we saw on this tour. The tour operators were very knowledgeable. Of course, some of the tour guides were better than others. The only drawbacks were a few mechanical glitches that slowed down the tour and kept us waiting a short time on the second day. Would still highly recommend first time visitors to enjoy this method of getting to know the city.

We enjoyed the variety of the many experiences as well. We visited the Metropolitan Museum of Art and took the ride up the Empire State Building to the Observatory. The pageantry of the Lion King was something to see, but the comedy and musical precision of Stomp was definitely our favorite.

All of our cab drivers were quick, efficient and fun to talk with. We learned about their work, their families and their hopes and dreams as they came from Haiti, India, and Bangladesh.

So many of our meals were so very good. We can't say enough about Broadway Joe's and Langans. The food was better than fantastic and the people there took such good care of us.. Especially Franco at Broadway Joe's. Hurley's was also very good... the best cheesecake ever. When we missed our original reservation, they were very kind about our showing up very late....like 4 hours. They just joked and said they missed us and brought out the best food. Lindy's and Tavern on the Green were the only places that were just okay. Tavern on the Green was a beautiful place but the food was adequate in comparison to the other places and the prices. The staff, however, was very pleasant unlike Lindy's. Stopped at Ray's Pizza and it was great.

The flight was great. Would also recommend the Embraer 145 jet. It was quiet and you could keep your bags close... at least in Greensboro. They took them (the larger bags) at the gate and returned them to you as you disembarked. At Laguardia we had to check them but that was fine too. Checking in with an e-ticket is definitely the way to go. Getting to the airport too early is a waste of time. At Greensboro we were ready to go 15 minutes after we arrived...it took 30 minutes at Laguardia. I guess you still have to be sure, however.

The trip to the top of the Empire State building and our meandering the halls of the Metropolitan Museum of Art were equally inspiring. We saw Usher at MTV and Norah Jones at the Today show and had our pictures shown on a billboard at Times Square. We ferried over to see Lady Liberty and found our family name at Ellis Island. Everything we've seen on TV, we now have our own personal reference point. We loved the architecture and were intrigued by the workings of the city.

I'm still tired so I'm sure I've missed something or haven't explained it very well, but the short of it is, we were very pleased with our trip and we appreciate everything that you and NYCVP tours did to make it special and hassle free. Thanks! KH, Statesville NC
