Payment Information
Deposit: Payment in full at time of
booking. Theater
or event tickets are never confirmed until proper payment is received by
NYCVP.

Vacation Packages, Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Last Minute Bookings:
If final payment is not received
14 days prior to departure there will be a $25 service fee.
Commission: If your clients pay by credit card, we'll send you your
full commission at the conclusion of your client's vacation. if you pay us
by agency check you may deduct your commission at the time of final payment.

Travel Documents
Documents will be mailed approximately 2-3 weeks prior to
travel date. Clients will receive hotel and sightseeing vouchers, airline itinerary and
any theatre or event tickets they have purchased.
Changes/Cancellations
Changes: A $25 processing fee may be incurred. Airfare
change penalties will be charged on any canceled or re-booked ticket.
