Tour
Details
You’ll see world-famous sites* like Times Square, Central
Park, Museum Mile, the United Nations, Greenwich Village, Rockefeller
Center, the Empire State Building, Brooklyn Bridge and Ground Zero –
with live narration and insight from an entertaining tour guide.
Along the way your tour guide’s commentary will provide a
history of our city, our people (and how we got this way!) … as well
as a “how-to” of
New York
living and how best to enjoy "The Greatest City in the World!"
The tour departs
Saturday mornings at
8:30am from a convenient
midtown
Manhattan location,
concluding at 12:30pm in midtown. There will be at least
one stop during the
tour.
Tour Schedule
June 3 through July
29, 2006: every Saturday 8:30am.
All tours last approximately 4 hours and depart from in front of the
Ed Sullivan Theater, 53rd Street and Broadway. Tours operate rain or shine.

Manhattan at 8:30am

of the Lower East Side

Park with a view of the Statue of Liberty in the distance

Although each tour will be as comprehensive as possible, not all sites
listed above will be visited. The tour operates rain or shine.
Admission to any of the attractions and/or sites listed is not
included in the price. The tour is primarily "drive-by" with at least
one stop during the tour.
The order and exact itinerary is dependent upon
weather, traffic, accessibility, presidential or state visits, street
emergencies, parades, street fairs and/or any other condition beyond
the control of NYCVP, the tour guides and/or vendors.
This Tour is non-refundable once purchased. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
Tour guide gratuity
is not included.
New York City Vacation Packages is not responsible for
delays, non-operation of tour or accessibility to sites mentioned in
the itinerary. In rare instances tours may be cancelled in advance due to insufficient
participation, in which case full refunds will be issued. NYCVP is not responsible for anyone getting lost.
