YANKEE STADIUM

a year after they changed baseball forever with the purchase of Babe
Ruth from the Boston Red Sox, the Yankees made another buy that would
forever change the way the game was watched - a plot of land in the
Bronx on which Yankee Stadium, the House that Ruth Built, was
constructed. Opened in 1923 and rebuilt for the 1976 season, the Stadium
is the most famous ball park in the world, and why not, since it has
hosted 26 World Championship teams!
You'll see the game from your
reserved Upper Level Tier seat in an alcohol-free section, offering a full view of the field
along the first base line. And don't worry about finding your way to the
Stadium - we'll transport you in comfort from the Waldorf=Astoria to and
from Yankee Stadium.

this 4-hour deluxe motorcoach tour. Your professional, experienced and
knowledgeable New York City tour conductor will show you Manhattan, from
Harlem to Battery Park.
You’ll see world-famous sites like Times
Square, Central Park, Museum Mile, the United Nations, Greenwich
Village, Rockefeller Center, the Empire State Building, Brooklyn Bridge
and Ground Zero – with live narration and insight from an entertaining
tour guide.
Along the way your tour guide’s commentary will provide a
history of our city, our people (and how we got this way!) … as well as
a “how-to” of New York living and how best to enjoy "The Greatest City
in the World!" The tour departs at 8:30am Saturday morning, returning at
12:30pm
